I really liked Yarrow's letter to Harrison's Mayor.
Harrison has the perfect potential to become a modern state-of-the-art commuter town. It's urban, sits between two major cities, has a PATH stop, it's small in area for convenience via foot and bike, it's relatively flat, has open land ready for development, has prime waterfront space with a city view begging for development into shops, restaurants, etc.
It also is a prime spot for commuters to the burbs who want to live within easy access to the city. I think this may be a big market for them.
Bravo Yarrow!
