		<description>Looks like a Don McClung.  An awesome old school frame builder in Salida, CO.  He doesn&#039;t have a website.  A friend of mine got one of his recently.  I think his first correspondences with him were through snail mail letters.
I can&#039;t believe that bike is locked up on the city streets with only a cable lock.  That think is worth thousands.  The owner must have been nearby.</description>
